Wow–that turkey scalloping looks delicious! I never think about picking up a turkey breast when I go out for groceries, but this will make me think again.

Thanks Anne – turkey makes great scallopini. You can buy the cutlets but the breast is more economical and the breast is not difficult to slice into cutlets.
